  1. Map of the HORECA value chains. The project identifies and maps energy processes across the HORECA value chain. The report is based on an analysis of energy practices within both large companies and SMEs. It presents a conceptual map of the sector from an energy perspective, aiming to identify best transferable practices that can reduce the overall energy impact.
  2. Map of the energetic value chain. The project identifies both direct and indirect energy consumption within the sector, highlighting the points where interventions can have the greatest impact.
  3. Selection of best Energy Efficiency practices. Identification and selection of best practices through the active engagement of stakeholders within the HORECA sector. The collected material will also serve as the basis for training activities.
  4. Recommendation on best practices transferable across the HORECA value chain. The report brings a selection of best practices compiled into structured training material aimed at building capacity and promoting energy efficiency across the sector.
  5. Sustainability Best Practices Report. A comprehensive report on sustainability best practices will be developed, based on an assessment of key resource flows across the HORECA supply chain.
  6. Report on the integrated economic model with NEBs. Development of an economic model that integrates life cycle management principles and evaluates the impact of non-energy benefits.
